We are an online sales office currently sourcing motor mounts to be drop shipped directly to home mechanics and DIY enthusiasts. We also source auto parts for all trucks and cars from all makes and models for Asian, European, and American vehicles. Our focus of auto parts at this time are in the following special lines: engine and transmission mounts, suspension parts, and drivetrain parts. Our current drop ship auto part items can be found in the auto parts online area.

3. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PARTS?

WARRANTY (Once installed, all items will work UNDER THE WARRANTEED GUIDELINE)

EVERY listed item is new and guaranteed AGAINST DEFECTS FOR 1 YEAR. WARRANTIES entitle original BUYERS to receive the FREE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT to be shipped to the original address on file. To claim your WARRANTEE, ship your item to the returned address as MotorMountsOnline 2716 Seaman Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733. Once the item is inspected and confirmed as our own defective product, we will ship to you a new REPLACEMENT, FREE of charge, via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We are not responsible for items in transit.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

We DO NOT WARRANT PRODUCTS against misuse, abuse, off-road testing, and improper installation. Your product warranty is VOID once the vehicle is involved in collision, accident, and improper installation. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage resulting from failure of this product and from failure of other products.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

WE use third party carriers to transport your packages. All ORDERS will have 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS processing time. For domestic destinations, most packages will SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY 1 - 3 BUSINESS days. Your packages arrival time may vary from 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS based on your location with exceptions during HOLIDAYS and EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. INTERNATIONAL destinations will take 10 - 14 Business Days, or up to 30 days.

10. WHY CAN'T I USE POWER TOOL TO INSTALL THESE MOUNTS?

Power tools can over torque bolts and nuts, and will break the bolts on your mounts. Use hand torque tools to tighten nuts and bolts to avoid damage to your parts.
